If you are dissatisfied during your stay, please feel confident to voice your concerns. You may speak with the nurse caring for you or the Nurse Unit Manager. If your concerns are not resolved at this level, the hospital Patient Liaison Manager can be contacted via the hospital switchboard (or the Nursing Co-ordinator after hours).
You may choose to put your complaint in writing and a feedback ‘Did we meet your expectations?’ form is provided for this purpose.
