Social Worker
A social worker is available to help patients and their families. The Social Worker works three days a week, please talk to the Nurse Unit Manager of your Ward if you require the services of the social worker regarding future aged care planning, rehabilitation, aged care placement, community aged care packages, financial hardship and counselling. The social worker and home health liaison work closely together to help you make the best possible decisions.

The closest ATM to the Mercy campus is located at the Hilton Hotel, on the corner of Wellington Parade and Clarendon Street, East Melbourne. The closest ATM to St Vincents campus is next to the hospital at 55 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy.
No smoking
Smoking is not permitted within the hospital buildings.
